"Reports of strong support within John McCain's presidential campaign for Independent Democratic Sen. Joseph Lieberman as the Republican candidate for vice president are not a fairy tale. Influential McCain backers, plus McCain himself, would pick the pro-choice liberal from Connecticut if they thought they could get away with it.
At this writing, nobody knows McCain's choice. He is keeping the selection process secret, and his closest aides are in the dark. Could he still name Lieberman after being told by Lieberman himself that it is not a good idea? Nobody absolutely rules it out."

Craig, you should pay me to come on here. At least your TM group has someone else to kick around and not each other.
Jamie,
I sure seemed to have “worked you up so much” in that last thread, but it would seem that most of the Clinton supporters are on the bandwagon now. Why don’t you join the group? It’s usually more fun when there are more than a few! Also, I don’t recall ever calling HRC any four-letter words. Maybe thunder thighs, but that’s about it; but Clinton’s unethical remarks during the campaign brought on attacks anyone rightfully could make about her. I’ve even heard several people who supported her, but chose to move on to someone else, because of the “evil” and “unethical” way she went after Obama because “she thought she was to have been the chosen one”. That will be McBush’s undoing as well. She has moved on. It's time for the rest of you to do so if you can. That's the question; I don't think you can move.
Here’s what I will say and see what you can make of it, which I’m sure you will.
“God Bless America”.
Now go for it. Bash away. I know that’s what makes your day.

When McCain is elected POTUS -- Lieberman would be perfect for VP. What a great punishment for the Dems. Can you imagine having to deal with "Holy Joe" for 4 years? If something happened to McCain -- just think about that. President Lieberman! Sounds great. Dems deserve to suffer for their betrayal of the Clintons.
The Repubs don't need "stars" -- they have the TRUTH from his "hidden" past. SoetorObama will be seeing "stars" after the Repubs have finished beating him to a pulp.

I didn't say that. It wouldn't work that way. No "fingerprints" is the requirement. For all we know, Hillary and Bill put on this performance at the convention to convince many of the Obamabots that they want to help SoetorObama win. Actually, it would be more clever to drop the "scandal" bombs on him after he got the nomination. If he was forced to drop out, how could Biden (9,500 votes in Primaries - Fox News) get the top of the ticket over Hillary (18 million votes). Hillary would need Obamabot votes in Nov to win.
You are taking some of my scenarios as predictions.

Lieberman loses, although he could raise tons of money among Miami's Jewish retirees. Falwell supporters figure that the AntiChrist is a Democrat Jew, alive and lurking in the Liberal UnBaptised Northeast. So, having Lieberman on the ticket would definitely cost the votes of Southern Baptists, besides those rabid Jew-hating Identity Christians & Preteriists, and probably most Southern Methodists. That would leave McCain only the Mammonists and the Orthdox Jews of Miami and Brooklyn (but not Manhattan, Chi, or LA) still willing to vote for McCain. In short, Joe Lieberman loses. Ask Al Gore.

It's going to be Romney, Romney is dynamic, and Romney can stay with Joe Biden and even out-talk him, I suppose. Romney is a strong family man with a wife that can match Mrs. Biden in the beautiful family and what I guess I will call "wholesome good looks" department. So on the cosmetic side, Romney can equal Biden, on the substantive issue part of the deal, Biden will appeal to us, and Romney can lock-up the millionaires and the poor people who are ignorant and like McCain for whatever reasons.
