    He said yes, why?

I told him see, if Charmin can bring together the Blue Bear and the Red Bear than just think how Charmin can unite the shit to the paper.

  57. Craig,

If the delegates from Michigan and Florida are at this point, not to be seated for the Democratic convention, why hasn't the DNC reduced the number of delegates needed to win the nomination by the split of those outlaw delegates? If the DNC did so, would either candidate project to win enough without the help of the super delegates?

Posted by: Bear Author Profile Page | February 8, 2008 11:16 PM

  58. Back for a bit. I'm a little slow, but I just figured out why they are having so much trouble counting these darn delegates.

In the states that divide up the delegates by congressional districts have people voting in precincts. The two designations can be in conflict and trying to figure out which votes belong where is making them crazy mainly because of the gerrymandering of the Congressional districts.

  62. I finally saw the movie about the SS St. Louis , "Voyage of the Damned".
I had heard the story many times, now thanks to TCM I saw the movie.
I deals with a ship with a passenger list of nearly a thousand Jews, sent from Germany in the late Spring of 1939, bound for Havana. Denied exit from the ship, they hoped to land in US...but Roosevelt turned them back into the sea.
Finally they were taken in by France and Belgium, only to be eventually captured and 600 of them died in the concentration camps. Only something like 128 survived the ordeal.
Quite a sad story , and a great movie.

  65. So Shuster learned a lesson, mainly no one can toss around words like that , even though he was just making a point.

Someone should have called Obama out when he knew goddam well Bill Clinton was strictly talking about Obama's war votes and not his campaign when Bill Clinton said the fairy tale statement.
It was like 8 days later that Obama mentioned that Bill was referring to Obama's war votes...in other words, he let it play out like racism, a RIDICULOUS claim made by people who are too stupid to even read the voting records that show that Obama has supported W Bush's war on Iraq ever since he walked into the Russell Bldg or wherever his office is.
Again, I ask, why doesn't Obama explain how he has voted for years to fund Bush's invasion, yet claim to be a peace candidate? He wasn't even in the Senate then.
    He's a phony.
Go ahead, I can take it...tell me how I am wrong.

  68. It's fine and dandy that the AP says Obama's ahead but the problem is, they may likely be wrong and they've been wrong before.

When Hillary won here in Nevada the arrogant obama camp was quick to insist that obama got 1 more delegate so he won NV. It was petty, arrogant and a lie. AP picked up the story FROM THE OBAMA CAMP AND USED THAT AS FACT, and sadly others picked it up from AP as if it's fact.. and it isn't.

They reported Obama with 13 and Hillary with 12. The actual state numbers are both have 12 and the other one will be decided in mid April-and this is NOT in regards to Super Delegates. Those who understand what SD are, know this is a whole separte deal.

Now on to this new news from AP.

I think if you go to 6 different sites for info on delegates, you'll come up with 6 different answers. That said, let me present you with the :

    NY Times:
    http://www.nytimes.com/pages/politics/index.html

Which has Hillary ahead on pledged delegates AND on Super Delegates.

    and CNN:
    http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/scorecard/#D

Also has Hillary up on pledged and Super.

I know Craig is a supporter of Hillary's and that's great, but considering most of the media is pro Obama and anti Hillary, I am once again amused that the MSM chose to ignore the polls that show Hillary ahead, and then focus only on any poll they find that says Obama is ahead, (then they use that to report on the cable news networks repeatedly as if it's fact).

Oh those facts, they can be a silly, sneaky thing that can be spun spun spun.

By the way regarding David Shuster, Politico has posted emails that prove David had no intention of apologizing on his own, he was defiant infact. . I mean surely no one out there believed his apology was from the heart! I It was forced .

It doesn't mean much to me. I want Chris Matthew's head on a platter. Yesterday he pulled one of his slimiest tricks. He opened the show with 2 republican commentator guests then sat there quietly while they trashed Hillary for over 20 minutes. The woman and I dont' remember her name, she trashed Hillary worse than I've heard in a long long time.. she went back to Bills' adminsitration and brought up every smarmy lie and spin the reps have ever used.. i mean it was badddd and chris just sat thre quietly while his guests did his dirty work..

  69. Interesting exit poll from Advocate.Com regarding Gay/Lesbian voters:

GLB VOTERS CHOSE CLINTON OVER OBAMA

Among many interesting developments last night, mainstream news organizations acknowledged that gay, lesbian, and bisexual voters exist and asked them to identify as such in the exits polls. A solid majority of those polled in California and New York preferred that Sen. Hillary Clinton be their next president.

NBC exit polling found that among the 4% of California voters who identified as GLB, 63% voted for Clinton, 29% for Obama, and 1% for Edwards. In New York, 7% of voters self-identified as GLB and 59% voted for Clinton, 36% for Obama, and 3% for Edwards.

New York and California were the only states in which this question was asked. The results show that the GLB electorate didn’t move much from where they were last fall in Hunter College’s national polling of the community, when likely GLB voters preferred Clinton by 63%, Obama’s by 22% and Edwards at 7%.

  70. Regarding Barack Obama's young drug use... so what? The guy was searching for something and like many of us, temporarily starting down the wrong path but changed the route and has made his life one of political activism, politics and inspiration. I think he should be commended for this.

What? A Hillary supporter saying such nice things about Barack? Surprise! I think if you ask every Hillary supporter they will recall Mr. Obama's keynote address at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. For a while I said I wouldn't vote for Obama because of how he went negative early on in the nominating process because his poll numbers stayed in the cellar. Some have suggested that I didn't like him because he is black, or because he dares to run against Hillary. That is bull ! It is because I saw him give that speech and I said "there's someone who really has an ideological framework for stopping the American divide, but then abandoned it when the chips were down."

After reading about his college years: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/09/us/politics/09obama.html?ref=politics , all I can see is a man who has worked hard, is extremely intelligent and committed to a better world. So in a nutshell, if he gets the nomination, I will vote for him.

I am still strongly for Hillary Clinton. I also really do believe that together, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama would be the new "dynamic duo" of politics and work hard to re-energize the American Dream.

I decided to join Chris Crocker's MySpace as a friend because I suspected that there was/is a lot more to him than meets the eye. Making fun of him for the Britney video is fine and good, but it would be a mistake to dismiss this 19 year old man of being a light weight.

  74. BJ:

You better get used to that type of criticism if Hillary is selected as the Democrat nominee. As many have stated on this board, the Republicans will pull no punches when it comes to the Clintons.

If she does successfully make it to the White House, it will be behind a trail of slaughtered elephants and donkeys.

What do you want MSNBC to do. Suppress such harsh words until the general. The Republicans are like rapid dogs waiting to engage in a bitter game of political pay back against the Clintons. If CNN is not making that clear to you - you should watch Hardball.

When he started going down the list and saw whatstates had gone for which candidate he made what appeared to be a throw away comment, because he quickly backed away from that subject. He said that democrats in states that had no hope of winning in the general were voting hope. Then he shook his head, and said, "And the rest of the voters want to win."

There were reporters in front of us so we got their attention and we lifted her up and carried her to them. Then Kerry came off the stage and we had to redirect him another way. Never did get to talk to him, all he wanted to know was how she was and if he could talk to her.

Did anyone see the speech Bill Clinton made about the Republicans doing reverse plastic surgery on Democratic leaders (including Jimmy Carter, Hillary and Bill himself?) Well, they havne't done their job on Obama yet. I may be a conspiracy theorist but something doesn't pass the sniff test with Frank Luntz going on Bill Maher and saying that he just can't think of anything they could run against Obama on.

Worrying about electability and who the Republicans fear the most doesn't mean much,

Democrats can win without independents and moderates. The Ed Rendell coalition which defeated the conservative Bob Casey jr in the primary and has won two general elections for govenor is the progressive coalition that can win in November.

The dems whom I favor, are dead locked. We do not need a uniter, but a healer. Obviously, neither candidate is uniter or we would not be so split. I still hope for a dream team as I cannot tolerate four more years of repugs in power. Now who can step-up to the role of healer? I do not think HRC or BHO are able to do that as it would be admitting defeat for either one. Perhaps, there is a healer in the party who willl emerge by August to glue the dream team together.

  118. Hey Fellow Craigites.... Eleanor Clift of Newsweek has an excellent article about our Democratic race for the nomination:

    http://www.newsweek.com/id/109432/page/1

This is an excellent view of the situation in the democratic party. We have two powerful camps in our democratic race for the demo nomination. Everyone who is for Obama is trumpeting him just as much as everyone that is for Hillary is trumpeting her. That trumpeting by pundits in our national media is only fueling the divide between the two camps. The voters in each camp are hitting the blogs with such fervor and downright disdain for the other camp that it is going to be hard to bridge that once there is a nominee... in fact, I really don't believe that we will have everyone unite because there will be so much grief... and thus we have a McCain presidency unless a miracle happens where Hillary and Barack find a way to lead their camps together. THEY are the only ones who can do it!!! I wish the both could get together and lead this country together for what is needed... they BOTH could bring so much to the presidency. If it was my call, I believe that it would be great to have a Clinton-Obama presidency for 8 years and an Obama-Edwards the following 8 years. We can dream can't we??

    2. Now the Christian talk radio folks are upset with Dr. James Dobson because he waited so long to endorse Huckabee. They wonder how much better he would have done had that ensdoresment come sooner.

    3. I have no problem with a biased news media so long as they report news stories objectively and that they make their bias known. You can get your news from the Nation or The National Review. The NY Times or the NY Post or WSJ.

Has MSNBC seen the quality of its work slip? Yes but I would attribute it to a staff that is fully engaged in and excited about the biggest election of our lifetimes.

I needle Craig about his "pro Clinton" bias. Who cares though, he still offers insightful commentary that is far more observant than his competition. I like listening to Pat Buchanan because of the perspective he brings to a discussion. I may cringe at some of his points but I always feel that I learned something.

If the cable networks have gotten you down, time to turn to C-Span or NPR....

Craig, Why didn't CQ politics sponsor a debate this election cycle? Most of the candidates who ran were members of Congress so there would have been some synergy there...

  128. Bear... you made some really good points about the MSNBC crew... they are passionate about their work and therefore their biases do come through. 131. The reason why David Shuster and Chris Matthews and multitude of others are in favor of Obama over Hillary is because they feel that Obama is a tan white man.. If you will read Obama's biography you will find out that Obama was raised by his white grandparent from Kansas who they believe share their values and morals and most important the Senator was void of any experiences of black Americans.

That's all good I admire him for all of his accomplishments he is a great American and he will make a good president I believe but, I think African-Americans and need to know how he got elected ----- when he get elected

  133. Bear -- Passion when covering politics is fine, indeed perhaps needed, but there should be a difference between those who report the news and those who comment on it. It's called Principles of Journalism, and it's covered in Journalism 101, first semester, first class of the year. Pat Buchanan is hired to give commentary..everyone knows what side of the aisle he's on and where he's coming from. But those who are hired to sit at the desk and dispense information are required to present it in a neutral fashion.

PMSNBC has blurred the lines. When Scar had his show, it was opinion. Now that he's hosting Morningload, his opinion seeps into everything covered in the morning. It's bad news for the industry.

“McCain has led Clinton in four of the last five polling match-ups conducted by Rasmussen Reports. He has had the edge over Obama in three of the last four polls,” Rasmussen indicated in a write-up about its survey.

The polling data finds Clinton has significant problems among male voters as McCain enjoys a 22-point lead with men. Among women, Clinton leads by three percent. The same gender gap doesn't appear with Obama as McCain leads by eight points among men, five points among women.

This is from Media Matters http://mediamatters.org/items/200802080014?lid=45297&rid=3304221

"The cult has basically only two purposes, recruiting new members and fund-raising. Established religions and altruistic movements may also recruit and raise funds. However, their sole purpose is not to grow larger; such groups have the goals to better the lives of their members
and mankind in general. The cults may claim to make social
contributions, but in actuality these remain mere claims, or gestures. Their focus is always dominated by recruiting new members and fund-raising."

"The cult appears to be innovative and exclusive. The leader claims to be breaking with tradition, offering something novel, and instituting the only viable system for change that will solve life's problems or the world's ills. While claiming this, the cult then surreptitiously uses systems of psychological coercion on its members to inhibit their
ability to examine the actual validity of the claims of the leader and the cult." From the following link:
    http://www.factnet.org/rancho5.htm

Kind of scary when you think of putting Clinton and Obama on the same ticket. I don't want or think that should be. Clinton needs to get away from him.

One last thought before I go remove the last snow we received..........ENOUGH ALREADY!! I question why the Dem party put both on the ticket in the same year. I question why the party could not see the problems with removing the delegates of MI & FL. Therefore, I question the leadership of Howard Dean. These people are suppose to be leaders, well I question that also.

You make some good points and I was so upset that both candidates are running this year. I would hope that if both could team-up, HRC would be prez and BHO would be v prez.

My fear is what I have been hearing from my F&F (friends and family) that if their dem candidate is not chosen, they will not vote in Nov. Even Mrs. BHO (see I am really trying to here) has stated that if HRC gets the nod, she would have to think long and hard about voting for her.

My hubby thinks that with the Bush fatique so heavy, all of the sour dems can stay home in November and a dem will still win. I am not so sure.

And one final note, getting along is very peaceful...but not good for ratings.

Blonde, I think that we may the MSM and others are throwing the joint ticket down our throats. Is that really our only choice here? If Clinton wins, then IMO, she needs to distance herself as far away from him as possible. Who would make a good VP for her?

Your husband may be correct. I know I won't vote for BHO this fall. It would be the first time in my life, since I could vote, that I would not be voting for a president. (And that is a long time!!) And I will cancel my cable tv too!! Because in the end if he wins, the MSM and some of the pundits will be picking our next president.

Hillary is the under dog in this primary because the umpires of media and even party leadership (not Senators in general) give an unfair advantage to Obama. The Giants would have lost if officals called Tyree's catch a dropped ball and in politics there is no instant reply. Even where repeating Hillary's LBJ comments over and over, the pundits kept contextualizing it in racist terms.

Now a new story circulates of the ultimate irony. It goes like this: don't vote for Hillary because she'll either put Bill or Barak on the Supreme Court. Independents who lean a bit right might find Barak on SCOTUS more dangerous than seeing him beaten up for four years as President. So even Republicans are using justice Obama as a weapon against the Clintons....LOL

Not a suggestion that President Barak put Hillary on SCOTUS..eh?

By the way, Putin is ranting again about US arms race and bases near their border. This is getting quite alarming. Obama is supposedly the chair person of the Senate select Committe on the Foreign Relations in Eastern Europe and Nato as Jaime's Washington Monthly post highlighted. There is nothing out of Obama on these serious trends despite his use of JFK. I suppose he is waiting for Putin to announce new Russian bases for Caracs and Cuba giving them sub power since JFK ended that threat. Isn't it ironic that Obama is silent when his job is to vet these matters as chair person for his committee on these affairs, a committee which he has never called a meeting for? Even greater irony that he lifts the very rhetoric of JFK who would be spinning in his grave over this issue? Does anyone see the huge irony in this?

Obama what about the next move Putin will make near our back door? Can you summon the brain power to see what Putin will d next, or must CNN point to out to you? What about the situation in Eastern Europe? Do you support new US bases in Romania or Bulgaria? Do you dennounce threats against Kosovo by Serbia, a place where Clinton stood up and sent troops? Will you send troops to counter the arms race Putin is planning with Chavez in South America or counter agression by Chavez against his neighbors? Do you support NATO's desire for a nuclear first strike doctrine to counter Putin's? Do you support miisle defense in Europe?

Please Barak, show us how Reaganesque or JFK-like you are instead of lifting these leader's rhetoric to advance your vague promise of change. I will bet anyone here that McCain is already sharpening his knives. No matter what pollster say, if Barak stutters or fumbles the questions that are coming, Independents will move right and Obama loses. We know how strong Hillary debates. Wonder why? Obama is keeping quiet on these forementioned issues because 1. he has no answers despite his chair person position on the very committee that is supposed to find answers 2. his naswers might refute his anti-war pandering 3. wrong answers will give Hillary more to beat him with.

We call this approach -not too forthright, not too "taking tough decisions on controversial issues:, not to genuine in candor, not to responsible as head of a Senate sub Committee that ought to have answers to these serious questions.

This is why most of Europe is suspect of Obama and wants Hillary. Imagine Obama talking to our eneimes with Republican support here and little support among our allies. Now you decide.

  156. I haven't heard anything here about Europe wanting Hillary. There has been a long sense that she would win the nomination. Europe, which is rapidly growing into what could be called "The United States of Europe", wants to see U.S. leadership as a partnership with the rest of the world. Not some unilateralist madman who says "do as we say". Europe would be happy with Hillary or Barack. I also think many Europeans are a bit puzzled about the brouhaha over a woman leader. Afterall in Europe alone, there was Mags Thatcher, Gro Harlem Brundtland in Norway, Mary Robinson of Ireland, Mary McAleese also of Ireland, Tarja Kaarina Halonen of Finland, and of course Angela Merkel in Germany.

    Rachel Maddow- Yes
    Margaret Carlson- Maybe
Coutlergeist, Malkin, Ingraham, etc...thankfully a Hell No.
Hillary Rosen, Clinton surrogate, not very good anyway

A quick glance at that list finds Maddow the only viable option for me and I wouldn't waste her on Russert. I want her and Buchanan to continue working on their show.

I will be gone for the next few weeks. Bad news at the Dr. this morning and I think I am one of those on our hosts iggy list so I am off until the Texas primary.

I am old enough to know why the ERA didn't pass as the 28th amendment to our constitution. It was women like Phyllis Schlafly a conservative neo-victorian mannered woman who thought that it would create the draft for women.

In a Gallup poll conducted in 1955, 52 percent said they would support a woman for president. That number rose to 73 percent in 1975 and to 82 percent in 1987. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/02/03/opinion/polls/main1281319.shtml

Awoman in office is no garuntee that the feminist agenda will be helped. And btw of course women should be included in a draft if god forbid we need one again."

First Schlafly is incredibly hypocritical in that her public stance and private life are almost total opposites.

Agree, both women and men should be subject to the draft, though I would take it even farther and make it "two years of mandatory public service". There is lots that needs doing even if there isn't a war.

I don't care how many times you and the Clinton camp repeat the mantra: "The Repubs want to 'frighten' Dems into voting for Obama because they fear Hillary. The Repubs will destroy Obama in the General."

It is simply not true. I have talked to Republican friends who have stated with conviction that the Republicans will beat Hillary - but they don't know about Obama. This was an honest discussion among friends - not some type of cloak-and-dagger attempt to pull the wool over my eyes.

You Clintonites eat up all these conspiracy theories. Likely because the flaws in Hillary's talking points are being exposed.

Until 1869 and the passage of 15th Amendment each black man was equal to 3/5 of a white man and the women counted as nothing and had no voting rights. In fact women did not have voting rights until 1920 and even Hispanic Americans gained voting rights in 1965 during MLK's Civil Rights movement. With the Moslems as new target of demonization and discrimination it seems like the American history is repeating...........One would expect that if there is one country in the world in which women have become equal to men, that country is America. In fact, the number one question of twenty first century is, why does America remain the only industrial nation in which a woman has not been allowed to become president, or even vice president when even in many developing countries that has happened many times. Therefore, the anti-women factions mentioned above, with some of the big media at their service have managed to neutralize the women's struggle for more equality or place it on the back burner. "

There is always Australia to move to...although it is like taking a cartwheel into a parallel universe, they have already gotten rid of Howard and have Rudd. Everything is so opposite there...the liberal party is actually the conservative party, spring is autumn, night is day and try driving on the opposite side of the road (at night, no less). But, they do not fear women and have a really great outlook on immigration (although getting to Australia is not like crossing Rio Grande here). I do not want to get so fed-up with living here, but sometimes think we are becoming like Russia (and they are on the upswing while we appear to be going down). Like I said here is a part of your questions answered. I will not answer them all since it appears your true agenda is to question my faith and it don't really matter to you what I reply as you will find fault with any answer I give.

As long as I live I will have to answer to man's laws for my actions, unlike the current administration. When I pass on and I stand in front of my Creator Jesus I will accept whatever judgment He passes on me. I am not perfect as is no one but Jesus and I put my faith in Him.

Since these are rather long and I'm also including links this will be posted in multiple comments. Also you call my views radical and I'll agree that they are, however that doesn't mean I'm wrong. If it turns out I am than so be it, I'll just be another nut job spouting garbage. If I'm right than we have lost our Democracy and our Country. We may also end up in a Nuclear War where our country will be destroyed along with most of the World as China and Russia will side with Iran {if we are foolish enough to go to war with them} as they will not allow us to control Middle Eastern Resources like Gas and Oil.

So here is the first reply to your questions.

    Answer 1:

1: Who brought down the WTC?

The Trade Center Buildings were attacked by ninteen hijackers. These are the countries from which they came from.

    Saudi Arabia: Fifteen
    United Arab Emirate: One
    Lebanon: One
    Egypt: One

There was not one hijacker from Iraq. However, AE911 Truth.Org believes that the collapse of the buildings themselves was brought down by controlled demolitions. This group is made up of
Architects & Engineers and they have a online video you can watch if your willing to take the time.

The link for the site is:

Only Patraeous can answer that. The death toll of Iraqi citizens still continues to rise. These deaths are from a combination of American Military operations and Sectarian Violence between the different Iraqi Sects.

The estimated death toll of Iraqi citizens by the Lancet Group has been discounted by Government Officials.

    Answer 3:

3: What racist view similar to Hitler has Bush or Cheney written or stated?

I don't believe I ever said that Bush or Cheney stated or wrote any racist view. Would you please show me where I said that. I have said that they have the same powers that despots and dictators past and present have and that Bush got his through laws passed just like Hitler did. I also listed the Legislation which gave him those powers.

In Europe for many years in its history there was a demonization of Gypsies which I had mentioned and jamie commented on it. Germany had laws against Gypsies for many years and they were treated like the scum of the earth. You can read some about it if you care at the link below.

    http://history1900s.about.com/od/holocaust/a/gypsies.htm

Also Germany under Hitler and I haven't researched this very much, looked upon blacks as inferior and beneath them and showed great disdain as shown in the Munich Olympics. Much like America treated blacks and other minorities throughout our history. Below is a link to an essay entitled Racial Discrimination in America during the 1920's.

    http://www.planetpapers.com/Assets/2047.php

As you can see it was not only blacks being discriminated against if you read it.

And of course let's not forget what Hitler did to those of Jewish Heritage. I do not have to post any links on that as it is well known. He wanted to preserve the pure German bloodline, as he considered Germans superior to all others.

So what we have here is three examples of the Racists and Bigoted policies of Germany and Hitler.

How does that relate to the current administration and the country so many of us love?

We destroyed the Native Americans and stole almost everything they had and cherished. Over the years in our history we have had racists and bigoted views against anyone who was not a white Anglo Saxon American.

For Hitler it was Gypsies, Blacks and Jews.

For White America, not all, it went from Blacks to Hispanics {mostly Mexicans} to now Muslims. Those who on the far right call themselves Christians while preaching divisive policies give all other Christians a bad name. Though I find this to be very sad a lot of the so called Conservative Values crowd push issues that continue to divide this Nation. These so called family values voters {not all}, but I would suspect a majority run on and vote on issues like immigration, Abortion, Gay Marriage, Gun Rights and anything that will bring out there base and divide the country.

The constant sound byte from this Administration and the majority of Republicans is the Islamofascist Muslims want to kill us. This gives the impression that all Muslims are radical and therefore we have to fear them. We also here how they want to take our Freedoms away from us. The only ones who can take our Freedoms away from us is our Government. No one else has that power. Not any Third World Country can do that. Only ours.

For years we have interfered in the Governments of Foreign Countries. For years if we didn't like there policies we worked to undermine there Governments and installed our Dictators who were friendly to us. We did that in Iran and it didn't work out so well did it? Back then under Reagan along with many in this current administration {like Donald Rumsfeld} we supported Saddam Hussein. In fact we gave or sold him the Chemical Weapons he used in his War with Iran.

In fact after the first Gulf War we let Saddam use his helicopters to use poison gas against the Kurds in the North who rose up after we urged them to and then didn't help them when he attacked and killed them with the WMD's we sold him. So much for believing that the United States would follow through and come to there aide.

So long as Saddam was our Dictator we left him alone. When he decided to sell Iraqi Oil on a Bourse he was no longer of any interest to us, however the oil was. Our brave soldiers are dying and being maimed not for Democracy, but for Oil. So much for Christian values.

Anyone who believes its alright to spy on one's own citizens, arrest without a warrant because they think you may do something, hold indefinitely without the right to a lawyer or a court hearing, approve and condone Torture is not a true American, but a Fascist.

Remember that's what our forefathers fought and died for when they broke from England. The rights in our Constitution and Bill of Rights is what made us stand out from the rest of the World as a moral Nation built on the premise that All Men Are Created Equal.

Habeas Corpus which dates back to the Magna Carta was inserted into our rights to prevent the very thing from happening that is now becoming common place. And its not just those so called Terrorists that are affected by the stripping out of our Constitution that very principle. Even a American Citizen can now be held forever on a whim. Political opponents as well as any American Citizen who speaks out against these policies in favor of returning to our Constitution can be arrested and held.

This is not the America I was born in. I went to bed one night and woke up in American The Fourth Reich and if you think that's a radical thought than you are blind to what's taking place in what once was a Great Nation.

I'm through now. Think what you will of me. I will not be silent and I will not be a good German.

    God Bless.
