To the gang from Crawfordslist.com: Welcome to our new home. The technical issues at our old haunt on Network Solutions proved to be insurmountable and the fine folks at CQ Politics offered to serve us here. For commenting you might recognize the old Typekey system we once used in one of our former lives (or you can comment anonymously). Over time I will shape this blog into what we have been used to doing, but much to learn. -- Craig Crawford

Hello all, we've survived quite a few transitions since launching Crawfordslist in June, 2005 -- so let's try another. There will be issues. Just let me know what needs to be done by emailing mail@crawfordslist.com

The sign in feature doesn't seem to be working, hope things go smoothly with the move craig.

Craig I've been using Earthlink for all my web hosting for almost 10 years, and they do have blog software installed on their hosting accounts for about 20 bucks a month. You might want to check em out.

Craig....
you are a doll!.... thanks so much for going through all of this to keep up your blog.
I couldn't use the sign in feature either.

I came in on anonymous and it popped up which was something Craig did for me ages ago. Not sure if we have to establish a Typekey identity.
Do we get to be as silly here as we were at home, or is it company manners? Craig should let us know about the overnight concerts. They can always be posted at my place if too raucous for the dignity of CQ.

Thanks all for being game to make another move. Proceed as usual. We don't have to dress up and speak in the King's English, go right ahead and misbehave as always. Yes, the Typekey system has the hiccups and they're working on it. But this anonymous sign-in seems fairly smooth.

so this Kerik story is not a story that will harm Rudi? I don't think so.

Yeah, I can access the site again!!!
Craig, I must admit that I am not surprised by the Huckabee uptick in the polls. Every now and then I listen to some Christian talk radio because they do have some interesting talk about the Republican side of things...
The show host finds it curious that more evangelicals haven't endorsed Huckabee yet since he is truest to their beliefs. He did think that Dr. James Dobson would be endorsing him soon, which is thought to give Huckabee a firm spot in the top 3...

Hello, Brave New World!
Jack Jacobs and Repugg Joe were raving on how Baghdad violence is curtailed . At least Jake said "we're sck of this war." He also said al-Anbar violence is "way down."
Funny...a direct, on-site report that lead Daily Kos sort of contradicted all this. And who do YOU believe? Numbers are good, but that nation is trashed inthe name of freedom and democracy. Wow, and Fred Thompson says he'd "finish the job." He doesn't even know what the job is! I guess it's a matter of personal observance...I say the job is to CUT AND RUN.

OK, here I am. We certainly have no moss on us, do we?
Jamie, I tried to post on your blog yesterday, but Blogger still doesn't know who I am. *sigh*
As for what the guy who interviewed Saddam for all those weeks while in captivity had to say about him.......
Am I really supposed to believe ANYTHING that this government says about anything? I don't think so. That guy worked for this government.
