Today we update New Hampshire, where Democrat Jeanne Shaheen and John Sununu have swapped leads again, and Minnesota where one poll shows Franken sinking and an independent candidate rising.
To keep up with our race ratings, you can also go to our Senate Races to Watch page. Here's a summary of the categories:
No Clear Favorite, for races that are deemed to close to call.
Leans Democratic and Leans Republican, for highly competitive races in which the named party is perceived to have at least a slight edge, but in which an upset is a highly plausible possibility.
Democrat Favored and Republican Favored, for races in which the named party has a clearer advantage and is likely to win, though an upset cannot be completely ruled out.
Safe Democratic and Safe Republican, for races in which the named party is viewed as certain to win.

Sarah Palin's record on her rejection of endangered species act (and the environment: [safe offshore drilling?? OK, Sarah] is dreadful: she is suing to take Polar bears off of their rightfull spot on endangered list, is an avid hunter, and lifelong member of the NRA-who allows assault weapons on American streets. Her favorite kill is the Moose. She had supported the aerial sharpshooting of wolves living near WILDLIFE PRESERVE land in AK., including the massacre of several 14 mo. old wolf pups. She offers hunters a $150 bounty if they present her a fresh killed wolf leg! McCain voted for a 3 Million dollar Grizzly bear research project in MT. Then, switching in the pres. debate he said: :"they actually wanted 3 mill. for Bear DNA research, what a joke that's wasteful porkbarrel spending. No, John it's not, Grizzlies are endangered. Our kids may never get to see one-they'll be extinct.
