In honor of Minnesota's newest senator, we decided to compile some of our favorite videos of the former funnyman being funny. The first video of Franken drawing a map of the contiguous 48 states - one of the few lighter moments to surface from a campaign that was as serious as a heart attack - is more impressive than ha-ha funny. But it does contain a pretty good line: "Why is Minnesota so windy? Because the Dakotas blow and Wisconsin sucks." Take that, cheese-state.
