There must be an awful lot of grumpy-looking people out there...
A Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll taken earlier this week and released Thursday asked, among other things, whether respondents personally felt happy and whether they thought most Americans felt happy.
Happiness reigned in the personal assessments: 20 percent pronounced themselves very happy, 36 percent said they were happy, 28 percent said they were only somewhat happy, and 15 percent said they were not happy at all.
But when asked what kind of mood they thought their fellow Americans were in, just 2 percent said very happy, 15 percent said happy, 53 percent said only somewhat happy and 27 percent said not very happy at all.
